TERMS: I understand that boarders are responsible for notifying the Bell Canyon Association office of any and all changes to boarding, feed, and services as soon as they happen. I agree to notify the Bell Canyon Association office by filling out the “Boarding Change Notification Form,” available in the Bell Canyon Association office and online at www.ride-BCEC.com/changerequest, and emailing the completed form to info@bellcanyon.com.

By signing below, I certify that all of the above information is correct and that I agree to abide by the terms set above, in addition to the Boarding Agreement, Barn Rules, and all other rules and regulations of the Bell Canyon Equestrian Center and Bell Canyon Association.
